Problem Solution
Form is not found Check if the files are exactly stored in the memory device.
Image is not found Check if the image is exactly stored in the memory device.
Fonts is not found Check if the font is exactly stored in the memory device.
No F/W found
Firmware files are not stored in the USB storage when
updating the firmware.
No Battery Found
Battery is not installed in the printer when setting time and
date. Check if the battery power runs out or not installed
well.
Password Error
Wrong password is entered. Enter the correct password to
modify the protected parameters.
USB storage Lock
Printer cannot write the data to the USB storage. Unlock
the USB storage.
No USB storage found
There is no USB storage installed in printer when updating
the printer. Check if the USB storage is well inserted in
printer.
No Cutter Found
Cutter is not installed on printer when execute the cutter
test.
Ethernet Error Ethernet port is disconnecting.
Flash ROM Full
Internal flash ROM is full. Delete un - necessary files to store
the current files.
Found No Bluetooth There is no Bluetooth module installed in the printer.
Found No WiFi There is no WiFi module installed in the printer.
Material too thick
Material is too thick or hard, cutter takes longer time to
return the blade to the initial position after cut.
