DESCRIPTION
3.1 Function
The AWG Medium expansion foam pistol M0,4 is a combination of
foam nozzle, inductor and foam agent container.
The foam agent concentrate is contained in a wide-necked plastic bot-
tle, which is directly attached to the foam pistol.
The integrated inductor draws the foam agent at a fixed dosage rate
from the screwed-on plastic bottle. The foam agent/water mixture is
pressurised and sprayed in the full-cone nozzle, producing at the con-
version screen in the foam gun a medium expansion foam with high
extinguishing properties. The admixing rate of either 1 % or 3 % can be
chosen by changing the pick tube.
The water is supplied by pressing the trigger mounted in front of the
handle. The extinguishing foam is produced while the trigger remains
pulled. The discharge of extinguishing agent stops when the trigger is
released.
The foam pistol is well suited for smaller operations.

Fire fighting and preventive covering of areas
Fighting fires involving non-polar liquids, e.g. petrol or oil
Only for use with synthetic multi-grade foaming agents
Only use the device in technically sound condition and in accordance
with the intended purpose and with safety and potential dangers in
mind.
