PAPDU_NFC_TYPE1_TAG_WRITE_NE8
This command issues a WRITE8 to write a block of eight bytes. It does not erase the value of the
targeted byte before writing the new data. Using this command, EEPROM bits can be set but not reset.
Please note that this command only works on Topaz tags in dynamic memory model.
