DO Active Status
0: Output value 1 indicates that the relay is active
0:
Output value 0 indicates that the relay is inactive
1: Output value 0 indicates that the relay is active
0:
Output value 1 indicates that the relay is inactive
There will be no response if the command syntax is incorrect,
there is a communication error, or there is no module with the
specified address.

Response: !0100
Sets the DO active status of module 01 and
returns a valid response.
Command: ~01D
Response: !0100
Reads the miscellaneous settings of module 01
and returns 00.
