8-14-2 Threshold Settings
Adjust the alarm threshold as follows:
1.
Using the touchscreen,
tap the Settings icon to open the settings menu.
2.
Tap Temperature Alarm. A submenu opens.
3.
Toggle the preferred temperature alarm(s) (Above Alarm = High Temperature
and Below Alarm = Low Temperature) to the On position by tapping the
switch.
Disable the function by tapping the switch again. Blue means active;
gray means inactive.
4.
Open the keyboard by tapping the Above Alarm input field. Use the keyboard
by tapping the touchscreen to input the preferred high temperature alarm
threshold.
Tap Enter to accept changes and close the keyboard. Tap Return
to cancel changes and close the keyboard.
5.
Open the keyboard by tapping the Below Alarm input field. Use the keyboard
by tapping the touchscreen to input the preferred low temperature alarm
threshold.
Tap Enter to accept changes and close the keyboard. Tap Return
to cancel changes and close the keyboard.
6.
Tap
Save to save settings.
7.
Tap < to exit the submenu.
8.
Tap < to exit the Settings Menu.
8-14-3 Visual Alarm
Threshold settings must be enabled for the visual alarms to function. Visual
alarms shows automatically on screen when thresholds are either met or
exceeded. A red alarm signals a exceeded high temperature threshold. A green
alarm signals an exceeded low temperature threshold.
The default high temperature alarm is 130 °C (266 °F). This means a visible alarm
triggers at temperatures above 130 °C (266 °F)
.
The default low temperature
alarm is
20 °C (68 °F). This means a visible alarm triggers at temperatures below
20 °C (68 °F)
.
Users can adjust the threshold values to change when an alarm
shows.
The alarms show whether or not the rotary menus are open.
BOTH ALARMS CAN BE ENABLED INDIVIDUALLY OR TOGETHER. THE USER
CAN ADJUST THE SETTINGS OF THE TEMPERATURE ALARMS INDIVIDUALLY.
