Cleaning Procedure
Allow the cleaning solution
to sit for 10 minutes and
then turn ICE-OFF-WASH
switch to WASH.
The auger will rotate for 1
minute and then drain water
for 30 seconds 3 times.
Once the WASH cycle stops,
perform a FORCED DRAIN
to drain any remaining
water from the reservoir.
Return the ICE-OFF-WASH
switch back to ICE.
<! Caution !>
Remove all ice from the
dispenser and perform a
FORCED DRAIN to drain all
water from the reservoir.
Add cleaning solution
mixture through the
chemical funnel.
The auger will rotate for 5
minutes and then the water
reservoir will drain for 1
minute.
Washing Solution Mixing Method:
Mix ~ 8oz of NICKEL SAFE ICE
MACHINE CLEANER with 1gal of
warm water and place it in the
water reservoir.

Do not use ammonia-based products as they may cause damage to the personnel or ice machine itself.
●
Cleaning and sanitizing must be conducted in accordance with the instructions in the user manual.
●
Always wear protective gloves and goggles to prevent skin or eyes from coming into contact with the cleaning solution.
●
Do not use ice made with the cleaning or sanitizing solution. Make sure that no cleaning solution is left on any part of
the ice maker and the ice hopper.
