Removal and Replacement of Water Reservoir & Float Switch
1. Turn off the power switch and the circuit breaker, unplug the power cord from the outlet, remove the left and top
panels, and close the valve on the water supply line.
2. Remove the clamps and hoses from the dump valve, remove thumb screw from dump valve mounting plate, &
remove the dump valve & mounting plate assembly from the machine.
3. Remove the gray tube and clamp connecting the water reservoir to the evaporator, at the evaporator.
4. Lift up on the water reservoir lid to unseat it from the reservoir.
5. Remove 1 thumb screw to loosen the water reservoir mounting plate and slide mounting plate and reservoir
assembly left to remove it.
6. Separate the water reservoir from the reservoir cover.
7. Remove the float switch from the reservoir cover.
8. Reassemble the parts in reverse order from teardown.
9. Reassemble the panels in their correct positions, connect the power cord to the outlet, turn on circuit breaker, and
turn on the main power switch.
10. Open the valve on the water supply line.
11. Switch the ICE-OFF-WASH switch to the 'ice' position to ensure that the water fills/drains well and check for leaks.
