What to do about “Disc
Error” message?
This message usually appears in two cases:
You may be trying to play a corrupted file, DRM file
or file in an incorrect format. Try selecting another
file for playback and see if this message appears
again. If “Disc Error” does not appear – delete the
corrupt file from the player, and/or use TuneBITE
software on it.
Another reason for “Disc Error” is a problem with
the file system on your KEO player. To remedy it
we recommend you using the “MP3 Player Disc
Tool”, which may be found in the “Program Files” -
> “MP3 Utilities” folder when you install the “AMV
pack” from the bundled CD.
NOTE:
all data on your player will be erased in the
process of its’ disk formatting! Make sure to have a
backup of your files from the player.
