My computer does not
“recognize” the player or
does not "see" it attached
at all…
1. There may be a problem with a USB connection
between your player and the computer. Try
connecting your player to another PC or use
another USB cord.
2. In case your computer can "see" the player
attached but will not recognize it as a removable
drive and keeps asking for drivers, you may indeed
need drivers for this player. The drivers you should
need come as a part of "MP4 Player’s Tools"
software on the bundled CD. You can also download
a newer version of these tools from our website:
www.icetechusa.com/support
I charge the player but it
would not hold it long. It
keeps saying “Low
Battery” and turning OFF.
