FM reception is poor
- Adjust the position of your player, try to re-locate
if possible;
- Some other electric devices nearby (especially the
ones like power generators can cause radio
disturbances). Turn them off or relocate;
- Plug your headphones into the player, they serve
as the antenna for the FM radio function;
Problems with file transfer - Check that the USB cable is connected properly or
if it has any damage;
- Re-install drivers, when working under Windows
98 or another OS that requires them;
- Check if the player’s memory is full;
