No sound in the
headphone
- Check the connecting audio jack;
- Check if the sound volume on the player unit is
set to “0”;
- Some corrupted audio files may not play well,
make sure the file is a good one by playing it on the
computer, or try to listen to another file on the
player;
- Check that your headphones are working properly
by plugging them into any other compatible audio
device;
Characters on the screen
are unreadable
Make sure you have the right interface language
selected. If it is an e-book that you can’t read make
sure it is in plain TXT ANSII format.
