manufacturer as this may cause injuries.

16. Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried by children

BEFORE FIRST USE:
As there is manufacturing residue or oil
remaining in the toaster or heating element,
usually it will emit an odour when first used.
This is normal and will not occur after several
times of use. For first use, operation
according to the steps below is recommended,
except without bread, then let the toaster cool
down and begin toasting the first slice.
