b. Complete the registration form by using your e-mail address as your IBM
ID.

Click Submit .
4. Click the Edit profile tab.
5. For products about which you want to receive updates, use the filters to choose
your exact interests:
a. Click Add products
b. From the first list, select the product category; for example, Software
c. From the second list, select the product segment; for example, Business
Integration
d. From the third list, select the product sub-segment; for example,
Application Integration and Connectivity
e.
From the list of displayed products, select all of the products for which you
want to receive updates; for example
WebSphere DataPower XC10
f. Click Add products
6. Click Subscribe to email .
7. Select the types of e-mail to receive:
a. From the list, select Software
b. Select Please send these document by weekly email
c. To define a different e-mail address, click Edit
d.
From the list of documents, select the one of interest
e. Click Update

Getting a fix
A product fix might be available to resolve your problem. To determine what fixes

the following steps:

2. Select Support & Downloads

Downloads

Fixes, updates and drivers to
open the Support & downloads page.
3. From the Category list, select WebSphere
®
.
4. From the Sub-Category list, select WebSphere DataPower XC10 .
5. Click the GO icon to display the list of most recent updates.
6. Follow the instructions in the technote to download the fix.
