Programming Note
1. Function 0 should be called prier to function 1.
2. Base address specified must match the setting of DIP
SW.
3. Function 0 will return immediately after trigger ADC.
Function 1 need to be called to check end of conversion
and read converted data. To perform trigger and
return with converted data, use function 2.
