The switch (2) has three positions. To put into operation, press the
switch to position ‘1’, ‘2’. To switch OFF, press the switch to the
stop at position ‘0’.
For setting the air flow and temperature
, the switch can be set to
two blower steps. Suitable air flow and temperature combinations
can be selected according to the applications.
Position 1 (low temperature and air flow) is suitable for bending
plastic and heating shrinking plastic. Position 2 (high temperature
and air flow) is suitable for stripping paint and defrosting pipes.
NOTE:
The ideal temperature should first be determined by
performing a test. You should start with a low temperature setting.
The working temperature can vary depending on the properties of the
work. The distance between the nozzle and work is dependent on the
material to be processed.
NOTE:
When the heater is overloaded, the unit switches it OFF
automatically, however, the blower continues to run. When the unit has
cooled to operating temperature, the heater switches ON again.
