THERMOSTAT
I WARM 750
OPERATION MANUAL
1. FUNCTION
The thermostat is designed for indoor electrical underfloor heating systems (e.g. with electrical heating mats as well as
electrical heating sections) or other electrical heating systems and devices.
It keeps the temperature you have set based on data received from the floor mounted temperature sensor.
2. TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Supply voltage
230 VAC, 50-60 Hz
Maximum current
16A
Temperature range
+5°C to +45°C
Weight
150g (including sensor)
Dimensions
80 x 80 x 58 mm
Floor temperature sensor
NTC 6.8 kOhm
Sensor cable lenght
2m
3. CONNECTING DIAGRAM
The temperature sensor is connected to terminal 1 and 2, the supply voltage to terminals 5 and 6, the neutral line to 5 and the
phase (detected by an indicator) to 6.
The cold leads of the heating system are connected to the
contacts 3 and 4, the screen to the grounding conductor by
means of an external terminal (included).

4. INSTALLATION AND OPERATION
Install and connect the thermostat after the installation and testing of the underfloor heating system (or any other heating
system).
The thermostat is equipped with a switch, a temperature control knob and a
LED indicator light.
The thermostat is designed for installation in a wall mounting box according to
DIN 4937-1 (not included in the delivery set).
Moving the switch to the upper position (1) turns the thermostat on, moving it to the down position (0) turns the device off. Turning the
temperature control knob clockwise will increase the temperature, turning it counter-clockwise will decrease it. As soon as the
LED is lighted, the heating system is energized.
PREPARATION FOR INSTALLATION
1.
Prepare a recess in the wall suitable for the wall mounting box.
2.
Route the power supply cable, the cold leads and the temperature sensor
cable to the wall mounting box. The sensor
cable has to be in a corrugated tube in order to facilitate if it’s necessary to exchange it in future.
3.
The switch of the thermostat has to be in position (0).
4.
Perform all connections (according to part 3).
5.
Take the temperature control knob carefully off by using a screwdriver.
6.
Take off the front cover of the thermostat. Therefore use a small flat-head screwdriver to press the locks located on the
upper and lower side of the front cover and pull out the cover. Remove the front cover and the frame.
7.
Place the device in the wall mounting box and fix it with screws.
8.
Assemble the thermostat acting in reverse order. Install the frame carefully ensuring that it closely fits to the device’s case.
Then place the front cover to the frame and press it carefully ensuring that the locks are snapped in.
9.
Turn the regulator clockwise until the end position by means of a screwdriver.
Now place the knob so that the marking points
to the LED and fix the knob.
10. To turn the thermostat on, ensure that the control knob is turned clockwise until the end position and move the switch to
position (1). Now the LED light shows that the system is energized (heating). After reaching the comfort heating level,
