C.3 MANUTENZIONE
PROGRAMMATA

Il proprietario della gru è tenuto a far
eseguire la manutenzione programmata
della macchina e dei suoi accessori
presso un centro di assistenza
autorizzato con le scadenze di seguito
indicate:

SERVICE 10

: dopo le prime 10 ore di

servizio

SERVICE 100

: dopo le prime 100 ore di

servizio

SERVICE 500

: dopo le prime 500 ore di

servizio

SERVICE 1000

: dopo le prime 1000 ore

di servizio

SERVICE “n° ore”

: ogni 1000 ore di

servizio

Nell’allegato D.1.12 sono elencati i
controlli che devono essere eseguiti
durante la manutenzione programmata.

C.4 MANUTENZIONE
STRAORDINARIA

È da intendersi manutenzione
straordinaria tutto ciò che non è
descritto nella manutenzione ordinaria e
in quella programmata (es. problemi
dovuti a difetti della gru o incidenti).

Gli interventi di manutenzione
straordinaria devono essere affidati a
centri di assistenza autorizzati.

C.5 INATTIVITÀ

Dopo lunghi periodi di inattività
(indicativamente superiori a 6 mesi) è
necessario che la gru sia sottoposta a
una manutenzione straordinaria presso
un centro di assistenza autorizzato.

Nel caso si ritenga necessario, per
qualsiasi motivo, rimuovere la gru
dall’autocarro, è obbligatorio rivolgersi a
un centro di assistenza autorizzato.
In tal caso si consiglia di mantenere la
gru in luogo riparato, in posizione di
riposo e dopo aver protetto con un velo
di lubrificante le parti cromate.

C.3 PLANNED
MAINTENANCE

The owner of the crane is responsible
for contacting an authorised assistance
centre to perform routine maintenance
on the crane and accessories with the
following intervals:

SERVICE 10

: after the first 10 hours of

service

SERVICE 100

: after the first 100 hours

of service

SERVICE 500

: after the first 500 hours

of service

SERVICE 1000

: after the first 1000

hours of service

SERVICE “n# hours”

: every 1000

service hours

Appendix D.1.12 lists the checks which
must be made during routine
maintenance.

C.4 EXTRAORDINARY
MAINTENANCE

Extraordinary maintenance means all
maintenance not described as part of
routine maintenance (e.g. problems
relating to crane defects and accidents).

Extraordinary maintenance must be
performed by an authorised assistance
centre.

C.5 INACTIVITY

After long periods of inactivity (generally
over 6 months) it’s necessary to provide
an extraordinary maintenance for the
machine in an authorized assistance
center.

If considered necessary, for any reason,
to remove the crane from the truck, it is
compulsory to call an authorized
assistance center.
In this case It is recommended to close
the crane in rest position, to take her in
a sheltered place and to protect the
chrome plated parts with a film of
lubricant.

C.3 PLANMÄSSIGE
WARTUNG

Der Eigentümer des Krans muss die
planmäßige Wartung der Maschine und
deren Zubehörs in den folgenden
Wartungsintervallen bei einem
autorisierten Service-Center
durchführen lassen:

SERVICE 10

: nach den ersten 10

Betriebsstunden

SERVICE 100

: nach den ersten 100

Betriebsstunden

SERVICE 500

: nach den ersten 500

Betriebsstunden

SERVICE 1000

: nach den ersten 1000

Betriebsstunden

SERVICE „Stunden“

: alle 1000

Betriebsstunden

Im Anhang D.1.12 sind die Kontrollen
aufgeführt, die während der
planmäßigen Wartung durchzuführen
sind.

C.4 AUSSERPLAN-
MÄSSIGE WARTUNG

Zur außerplanmäßigen Wartung gehört
alles, was nicht in der ordentlichen und
planmäßigen Wartung beschrieben ist
(z.B. Probleme aufgrund von Defekten
des Krans oder Unfällen).

Die Eingriffe der außerplanmäßigen
Wartung müssen vom autorisierten
Service-Center durchgeführt werden.

C.5 STILLSTAND
