III. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BEFORE USE
•
Open the battery cover on the bottom of the scale, insert the battery with the correct
polarity and close the cover in the opposite direction.

Place the scale on flat, stable and dry surface. Turn on the scale by tapping your foot
on the weighing surface and check the weight unit displayed on the display (kg). If you
wish to set unit to st or lb, adjust the buttoms P5 on he scale kg ↔ st (st:lb) ↔ lb (or cm
↔ Ft;in).

Place the scales on a form, flat and even surface to ensure accuracy.

WEIGHT MEASURING
You can use this scale only for weight measuring.
This is basic mode without body fat measuring.
1)
Gently step on the scale, then the scale will be automatically turned on. Stand evenly
on the scale without moving and wait until your weight shown on display is stable and
locked. When you step off the scales it will automatically switch off after 6 seconds.
2)
If no weighing is carried out while 0.0 is displayed the scales will automatically switch
off.
BODY FAT MEASURMENT

About Body Fat Percentage
Body fat percentage indicates body fat proportion in body, which is a criteria to judge
one is overweight or not.

Testing Principle:
Impedance of fat is higher than any other body tissues such as muscle, when electrical
signal of a certain frequency goes through body (BIA principle). Based on this principle,
body fat percentage can be tested by sending an electrical signal through body.
