Generator 
will not start

1.  The on/off switch is in the “Off” position. 

Switch  to  “On.”                                                                                                                        

2.  The  engine  is  out  of  gasoline.                                                                               
3.  Engine choke is in wrong position. Adjust 

choke lever according to instructions on 
page 12.                                                                                      

4.  Fouled spark plug, replace with equal or 

greater quality plug. Refer to page 27 in your 
user’s manual for a complete list of spark 
plug  compatibility  codes.                                                                                                         

5.  Insufficient  oil,  add  more  oil.                                                                            
6.  Clogged fuel line, inspect gas tank for 

debris.
