To disengage the cruise control system,
pull the control switch toward the steering
wheel to the "CANCEL" position.
Additionally, the following actions will dis-
engage the system:

o Depress the brake pedal.
o Depress the clutch pedal (Manual

o Shift the selector lever to "P" or "N"

position (Automatic transaxle).

o Decrease the vehicle speed to less

than 25 mph (40 km/h).
