communication, touch Handsfree Calling .

Turn on Bluetooth on the Bluetooth device to
connect and select the vehicle system on the list
of searched devices.
A A The system’s Bluetooth name can be seen on the Add New
window.
Registering a device
You can use the functions for Bluetooth call, Bluetooth audio, and
phone projection after connecting a Bluetooth device.

When registering a Bluetooth device that supports the
wireless phone projection, connection can be made through
Android Auto or Apple CarPlay.

To use the wireless phone projection, your smartphone must
support Android Auto or Apple CarPlay with the Bluetooth
and Wi-Fi active. The phone projection is available only when
the wireless connection is active in Phone Projection Settings.

When the device supports OOB (Out Of Band) and a USB
cable is connected, the device is automatically registered into
the device list.
A A When the device that supports only the wired connection is
connected via a USB cable, it appears in the device list during
use of Apple CarPlay. When the device is not automatically
registered and the USB cable is removed, the device is deleted
from the list.

On the All Menus screen, touch Setup

Device
Connections > Bluetooth > Bluetooth
Connections > Add New .
A A To register a device for the first time, press the Call button
on the steering wheel or by touching Phone on the All
Menus screen. When there is any registered device, move
to the device list.
