After successful switch, the radio will alert “Encrypted
Mode” and display the “ ” icon for private communication;
or the radio will alert “Normal Mode” and the “ ” icon will
disappear for normal communication.
Secret Key Switch
Your dealer may set 16 keys (numbered from 1 to 16) at
most.
Available ways to enter the Secret Key Switch interface:
1) Press the dealer programmed

2) Go to Function –> HEB Encrypt –> Key Switch menu.
After the interface is entered, you may enter the required
key number via the numeric keys. And the radio will alert
“Chg Key Suc” after successful switch.
Key Number Display
The key number used on the current channel will display
on the right side of LCD.
