Disassembly and Assembly for Repair
Removing the Radio Case
(See Figure 1)
1.
Remove the Radio On-Off /Volume Control knob

and the Channel Selector knob

Lift the chassis by its bottom, and pull it out of the radio case

Removing the Speaker
(See Figure 2)
1.
After you separate the chassis from the case, turn it for a certain degree, and then disassemble the
FPC from the connector on the PCB.
2.
Then remove the screw

on the speaker fixing sheet, and remove the speaker fixing sheet

3.
Remove the speaker

and microphone
⑦
.
Note:
Take care not to damage the FPC connecting the speaker and the chassis.
