2-15 PERIODIC MAINTENANCE

Remove the rear master cylinder pin.

●

Turn the adjuster

in or out until the pedal play

to the specification, after loosening the lock nut

Make sure to tighten the lock nut

securely.

Adjust the brake switch so the brake light comes
on when the brake pedal is depressed 7 ~ 10 mm
(0.3 ~ 0.4 in).

Parking brake adjustment may be required if the
parking brake does not work properly. Every time the
brake pads are replaced, adjust the parking brake.

Park the ATV on level ground.
