UPPER END COMPONENTS

OF ENGINE DISASSEMBLY

Drain the engine oil by removing the drain plug

located on the bottom of the engine.

●

Remove the magneto cover plug

②

and the timing

inspection plug

③

●

Remove the cylinder head cover

④

by removing

the four wrench bolts.

●

Bring the piston at TDC (Top Dead Center).

NOTE

If only the upper end components of the
engine is repaired, there is no necessary to
remove the engine from the frame.
Remove the seat and fuel tank so that the
upper end components of the engine is
disassemble.
