5.9.1.1 KEY MODE

KEY MODE
can be changed by pressing

There are various kinds of KEY MODE. Those are [

TDES, TMAC

UNIQUE KEY, DES

].
Accessing the KEY INDEX
1) Select the
HOST SETUP
in the OPERATOR FUNCTION menu.
2) Select the
KEY MANAGEMENT
in the HOST SETUP menu.
3) Select the
KEY MODE
in the KEY MANAGEMENT menu. Change the KEY MODE..
5.9.1.2 KEY INDEX
The
KEY INDEX
function is used to set the KEY INDEX. The range is 0 to 15.
You can enter multiple master keys and have to select one of them. For security issue, DP may
change key index when they need to change keys.
Accessing the KEY INDEX
1) Select the
HOST SETUP
in the OPERATOR FUNCTION menu.
2) Select the
KEY MANAGEMENT
in the HOST SETUP menu.
3) Select the
KEY INDEX
in the KEY MANAGEMENT menu. Input the KEY INDEX and press ENTER
