3-1 ENGINE

AIR CLEANER

With the two screw loosened, remove the air
cleaner case.
Loosen the clamp screw.

ENGINE REMOVAL AND
REINSTALLATION

ENGINE REMOVAL

Remove the front seat.(Refer to page 6-1)
Remove the fuel tank.(Refer to page 4-1)
Drain the engine oil.(Refer to page 2-9)
Disconnect the battery

lead wire

NOTE

If the engine is dirtied, wash the machine
with a suitable cleaner before removing the
engine.

CARBURETOR

Remove the carburetor after removed the intake pipes.

Disconnect the vacuum hoses
