2. Connect the downtube cable with the range extender battery:

Mounting the range extender kit
Before the range extender battery can be used, the e-bike must be prepared by mounting
the range extender kit. Follow these steps to complete the installation:
1. Install the range extender mounting plate on the downtube:
Insert the range extender mounting plate
on the downtube. Apply the washers and
align the two M5x12 mm bolts with holes
on the mounting plate and downtube, then
tighten the two M5x12 mm bolts.

CAUTION
Only use the supplied bolts. Bolts too short will not fully engage with the bike frame.
Bolts too long will leave the mount loose on the frame.
Remove the M3 bolt on the snap side on
the charge port of the battery.
Mount the downtube cable into the charging
port on the connector side of the battery and
secure it with the M3 bolt. Be sure that the
cable plug is facing away from the range
extender battery.
