8. trouble shooting
Length tolerance problem
1. check the od of the hose and that you have the right tooling. the tooling must always
be 2-3mm bigger than the hose od.
2. Was the hose end placed in correct position in the hose guide tool before start ?
3. Wrong speed on the hose reel. too low speed can cause the length tolerance
because of hose tension. Check also the ”elevator” adjustment.
4. the hose coil is in bad condition.
5. Wrong settings at regulators for belt and/or measuring wheel.
6. to high feeding speed.
8. conveyor speed is to low.
9. dirt on the measuring wheel.
the machine doesn’t start:
1. turn on main switch.
2. check emergency stop.
3. press reset.
4. check automatic fuses and motor circuit breaker.
5. clear the alarm list.
Feeding doesn’t start
1. alarm frequency converter (see separate manual)
2. No value entered in ”number of cuts”.
3. low air pressure on the feeding belts or measuring wheel.
4. no speed value set in the automode menu.
5. number of cut hoses is reached.
6. Wrongly adjust or damaged sensors on the cylinders
