Changing the coalescing elements
To replace the coalescing elements, proceed as follows:
1.
Switch off the unit at the main switch.
2.
Close the "INLET OIL" and "OUTLET OIL"
ball valve
3.
Depressurize the unit.
Carefully screw the ventilation plug into
the cover with the aid of a size 10 mm
Allen wrench.
4.
Carefully unscrew the ventilation plug on
the coalescing container with the aid of a
size 10 mm Allen wrench in the cover.
5.
Open the connection marked "DRAIN" to
empty the coalescing container.
Collect the escaping water/oil in a suitable
container and dispose of it in accordance
with local regulations.
6.
Once the coalescing container is
completely emptied, close the "DRAIN"
connection.
7.
Loosen the tensioning clamp on the
coalescing housing with an open-jaw
wrench SW 13 by turning in a counter-
clockwise direction.
