thermostat" warning 
lamp lights up 

The safety thermostat in 
the heater has 
triggered. 

The heater is 
overheated. 

Allow the heater to cool down, 
open the cover of the heater. 
Reset the safety thermostat 
manually. 

The "Heater fuse 
element" warning lamp 
lights up 

The fuse element for the 
heater in the control 
cabinet has tripped. 

The electricity 
consumption of the 
heater is too high. 

Reset the fuse element (see 
schematics), measure the 
electricity consumption of the 
heater during operation and 
compare it with the 
specification listed the type 
label on the heater. 

If the electricity consumption is 
greater than the specified 
value, then the heater is 
defective. The heater needs to 
be replaced. 
If this is not the cause, then 
Hydac Service should be 
consulted. 

The "Motor protection 
actuation" lamp lights 
up 

The motor protection 
switch for the motor in 
the control cabinet has 
tripped. 

The electricity 
consumption of the 
motor is too high. 

Reset the motor protection 
switch (see schematics), 
measure the electricity 
consumption of the motor 
during operation and compare it 
with the specification listed the 
type label on the motor. 

If the electricity consumption is 
greater than the specified 
value, then the motor is 
defective. The motor needs to 
be replaced. 

If this is not the cause, then
