Malfunction
Cause(s)
Rectification
The viscosity of
the fluid is too
high.
Check the vis-
cosity of the
fluid.
Heat the fluid to
achieve the per-
missible viscos-
ity.
Leakage on the
filter housing.
Wrong, missing,
or defective
sealing ring.
Check the seal-
ing rings on the
filter housing.
Replace it if nec-
essary.
The screws on
the lid or the bot-
tom of the filter
housing are not
tightened.
Tighten the
screws with
10 Nm.
