Errors and troubleshooting
Error
Cause(s)
Remedy
The pump is conveying in the
wrong direction.
Check the rotational
direction of the motor and,
if necessary, reverse the
phases.
Shut-off device outside of the
CSM in the suction or
pressure line is closed.
Open all shut-off device in
the suction and pressure
line.
Suction strainer is clogged.
Clean the suction strainer.
No flow
The tappet between the motor
and the pump is loose or
faulty.
Check the tappet and, if
necessary, replace it.
No function
Not connected to power
supply.
Check the connection to
the power supply: plug,
cable and power outlet.
For CS2000 error messages, refer to the corresponding chapter in your CS2000
operating and maintenance manual.
