Adjusting the counter balance valve
8.
Release the counter-nut on the
counter balance valve (A).
9.
Set the pressure for a maximum
operating medium viscosity to
~ 25 bar by using a size 4 Allen
wrench to rotate the set screw on
the counter balance valve (A).
Note that an increase in pressure in
comparison with the value
measured in Step 6 of a least 10
bar more is to be recommended.
10. Tighten the lock nut. Make sure that
the setting of the counter balance
valve (A) is not changed in the
process.
