3 Product and technical specifications
The ConditionSensor Interface CSI-C-11 is an easy-to-use and
compact
machine condition monitoring.
Depending on the device configuration, up to two
HYDAC HSI SMART (fluid) and four analog sensors can be
connected to the CSI-C-11 using M12 connectors and supplied
with voltage. Once the sensor values and signals have been
read, they are stored on the integrated data logger, evaluated
in terms of their plausibility and monitored to check whether
limit values have been exceeded. Limit values are set
depending on the measured variable with the aid of a wizard
and, if the limit values are exceeded, the CSI-C-11 will auto-
matically send out an alarm by e-mail or via the integrated
Ethernet and fieldbus interface (Modbus®). Furthermore, they
enable measured values to be transmitted to the higher-level
company networks, condition monitoring systems (
) or control systems (PLC) as well as to the
HYDAC CMX (cloud).
The special features of the CSI-C-11 are:
– Input channels for two HYDAC HSI SMART (fluid) sensors
and four analog sensors (optional)
– Direct connection of sensors and network cables using
M12x1 connectors
– Transmission and display of the measured sensor values
via W-LAN, Ethernet (LAN) and field bus (Modbus®)
– Measured data storage in the CSI-C-11
– Wizard to set alarm limits for fluid sensors
– Notification by e-mail or via the network in the event of an
alarm
– Transmission of measured data to the HYDAC CMX
(cloud)
– High protection class with IP 66, installation of a switch
cabinet not required
