7.
Moisten the O-ring on the filter element lightly
with operating medium.
8.
Carefully press the new filter element into the
element mount by applying slight pressure,
pressing it downwards and screwing it in.
Do not use excessive force or a hammer,
etc.
9.
Clean the sealing surface on the filter cover.
Check the O-rings for damage, and replace
them if necessary.
Moisten the thread in the filter cover with
operating medium or a lubricant containing a
slip additive.
