5.5 Flushing the extraction unit - Avoiding the
mixing of test liquids
If you want to use the same test liquid for operation as in the previous opera-
tion, it is not serious if the test liquids are mixed.
Replace the water with test liquid <-> G60 Spezial or Feroclean L261 and flush
the extraction unit with the new test liquid until no more mixing can be detected.
The mixing of test liquids such as e.g. water with
G60 Spezial or Feroclean L261 results in the formation of an
emulsion. Testing with an emulsion results in non-represen-
tative/faulty measurement results.

You have successfully completed all the works described earlier in Chap-
ter Setting up/assembling/commissioning [

1. Connect the ports A‘ and R‘ with a connection piece.
2. Switch on the extraction module at the main switch.
3. Switch on the supply module at the main switch.
ð After ≈ 2 minutes, the user interface appears on the touch screen.
The software detects the connected extraction module and represents it
graphically.
4. Check the installation in the "Extraction" operating mode with the test pa-
rameters 1, see the table.
5. Release the connection piece between the ports A‘ and R‘ and now con-
nect the ports C‘ and R‘ to the hose.
6. Check the installation in the "Extraction" operating mode with the test pa-
rameters 2, see the table.
7. Check all the hydraulic connections for leaks. Eliminate leakages immedi-
ately.
