6.3.10.3 Drill Angle & Position Adjustment
Load “Drill Angle & Pos Adj” data in the Job menu and then start processing.
Drill Angle & Position Adjustment Pattern
1) Drill Axis
Check the two holes (

) are parallel with edge line.
When viewed from the lens front, if

holes are lean to the left or right,
adjust “Drill Axis Adj” value according to the following figure. (unit : degree(°))
2) Drill Position
If the distance of the “A” is not 39.0±0.1mm(Ø 1.0mm drill bit : 38.8±0.1mm),
adjust “Drill Position Adj” value in the menu.
Ø 0.8mm drill bit : Current value + ( (39.0
– A) / 2 )
Ø 1.0mm drill bit : Current value + ( (38.8
– A) / 2 )
