3. Lift the belt guard to remove it.
4. Tilt the product to get access to the drive belt.
5. Put a support below the product to keep it stable.
6. Examine the drive belt for damage and wear.
7. If the drive belt is damaged, replace the drive belt.

8. If the drive belt is not damaged, assemble all parts in
the opposite sequence to how they were
disassembled.
To replace the drive belt
1. Remove the belt guard. Refer to
drive belt on page 17
.
2. Move the belt tensioner (A) and remove the drive
belt (B) from the pulley wheel adjacent to the motor.

3. Remove the 2 bolts (A) on 1 of the bearing blocks
and remove the drive belt (B).

4. Assemble the new drive belt.
