6  FORK, TRIPLE CLAMP 

Disassembling the fork legs 

Info 

The operations are the same on both fork legs.

Condition 

The fork legs have been removed. 
-

Note down the current state of rebound damping 

O 

REB

(red adjuster on the right fork leg).

-

Note down the current state of compression

damping

COMP 

(white adjuster on the left fork leg).

-

Open the adjusters on the rebound and compression damp­
ing all the way.

-

Clamp the fork leg in the area of the lower triple clamp.
