Sostituzione del guidavalvola
Se necessita sostituire il guidavalvola procedere nel modo seguente:
-
Riscaldare lentamente ed uniformemente per 1 ora la testa in un forno ad una
temperatura di 200°C; sfilare il guidavalvola utilizzando un tampone appropriato
e lasciare raffreddare, controllare le condizione della sede.

Considerando che l’interferenza di montaggio dovrà essere 0,022÷0,051 mm
scegliere il guidavalvola più adatto; vengono forniti a ricambio con una
maggiorazione del diametro esterno (Ø 12 mm) di: 0,025/0,050 mm
(contraddistinte, nell’ordine, dal colore ROSSO e BLU riportato sulla sommità
del guidavalvola);

Riscaldare la testa nuovamente a 200 °C;

Lubrificare la sede con olio motore ed inserire il guidavalvola, mantenuto alla
temperatura ambiente di 20 °C, utilizzando un tampone apposito dopo aver
lubrificato le superfici di contatto con MOLIKOTE G;
-
Eseguire l’alesatura del foro intero (A) e lubrificare;

Installare i piattelli inferiori delle molle delle valvole e montare, previa
lubrificazione, i nuovi anelli di tenuta.
Replacing the valve guide
Change the valve guide as follows:
-
Put the head in an oven heated at a temperature af 200 °C (392° F), and let it
there for 1 hour; drive the valve out with a drift and allow to cool; check the
condition of the valve seats.

Choose a suitable valve guide taking into account that clearances at assembly
are 0.00087÷0.0020 in.: spares are supplied with an oversized external
diameter (Ø 0.47 in.) of: 0.00098/0.00197 in. (these valves guides are marked
with RED and BLUE coulours respectively; these distinguishing marks are on
the head);

Reheat the cylinder head at a temperature of 200 °C/392°F;
-
Lubricate the seat with engine oil then insert the guide valve (Keep at ambient
temperature: 20°C/68°F) using a svitable drift; lubricating with MOLIKOTE G;
-
Ream the internal hole (A) and lubricate;
-
Fit the lower valve spring collects, lubricate and fit the new seal rings.
