1. Control the bolt below the outlet lever to control the speed of making
ice cream.
As shown in the figure, loosen the bolt by turning
it counterclockwise to speed up the making of ice cream.
2. As shown in the figure, tighten the bolt by turning it
clockwise to slow down the making of ice cream.
※ After setting the bolt, tighten the middle nut “a” to keep
the bolt at that position and stabilize the amount and speed.

Higher speed by loosening the bolt also means slower supply of ingredient to the cylinder
from the hopper, and ice cream may not come out at a certain point.
Thus, setting the speed at 6~8 seconds is recommended for a cup of ice cream.
