Problem
Solution
The moving rail
is not vertically
aligned.
■
To adjust the vertical
alignment of the moving rail,
turn the set screw on the trike
located in the headrail. Use
the Allen wrench provided.
■
Close the shade
completely then
gently
pull the knotted cord on the
bottom of the vertical rail
end cap until you feel a
slight resistance.
The shade
will not fi t into
the installation
brackets.
■
Check that the installation brackets are level and aligned.
■
Be sure the heads of the screws are fl ush against the installation
bracket.
■
Check that the headrail is completely inserted into the installation
brackets. See “Install the Headrail” on page 8
.
Adjustment cords
hang from the
stationary rail.
