Viewing name/ number in the phone-
book
There are four different ways for you to view
an entry in the phonebook:
Option 1:
1. Press “ OK/MENU ” to access the settings
menu.
2. Press “↑” or “↓” to move to the menu item
“Phonebook”.
3. Press “ OK/MENU” to confirm your selec-
tion. “Anzeigen” will appear in the display.
4. Press “ OK/MENU ” to see the phonebook
entries.
5. Press “↑” or “↓” to see the desired entry.
Option 2:
1. Press “ OK/MENU ” to access the settings
menu.
2. Press “↑” or “↓” to move to the menu item
“Telefonbuch”.
3. Press “ OK/MENU ” to confirm your selec-
tion. “Anzeigen” will appear in the display.
4. Press “ OK/MENU ” to see the phonebook
entries.
5. Use the keypad to enter the first letter of
the desired entry to view that entry.
Option 3:
If the receiver is in place on the hook, you
can press the list number and # to see the
desired entry.
Example: You would like to see the seventh
number in the phonebook. Press number
button 7 and #. The seventh number and the
corresponding name will appear in the dis-
play. Press “↑” or “↓” to view further entries
in the phonebook.
Option 4:
To take a quick look at the phonebook, press
“↑” or “↓” for longer than 3 seconds.
Note:
If a number has more than 13 digits, an ar -
row will appear on the bottom right of the
display. To see the remaining digits, press
“↑” or “↓”. Press “↑” or “↓” again to move to
the next entry.
