If the massage technique is set to stretch, sets the 
massage direction to up or down.

Sets the massage speed to fast, slow, or auto (which 
alternates speeds).

Sets the foot and calf vibration speed to fast, slow, 
auto (which alternates speeds) or off.

Sets the foot and calf width to wide (default) or narrow.  

NOTE:

 It takes the massage mechanism four rotations to 

adjust between wide and narrow widths.

Sets the massage technique to stretch, which kneads 
your back in a small, circular motion on both sides of your 
spine simultaneously; flex, which alternates rapid tapping 
strokes along the spine to stimulate both spinal muscles 
and spinal joint areas; ripple, which presses on spinal 
muscles and spinal joint areas using alternating strokes 
and a gentle rocking motion; or off.

Sets the massage head width to wide, mid, narrow, 
or auto, which alternates widths, to accommodate 
different back sizes.
