DEPLOYING THE 

COMMANDO

®

 ROTAWASH FOR USE 

 
On arrival at the work site select a suitable location for the 

COMMANDO

®

 

ROTAWASH.

 

 
Set the unit down in the required position. 
 
Support the infeed conveyor and unclip the over-centre latch, lower to horizontal and when 
lowered ensure the support leg is fully in position. Ensure that the plastic drive chain drops 
into its guide channel and is located correctly on its sprockets. 

Although the conveyors are fitted with gas struts to arrest the fall rate, be aware they 
could drop so do not stand directly under them when lowering. 
 

 

Support the outfeed conveyor and unclip the over-centre latch, lower to horizontal and when 
lowered ensure the support leg is fully in position.

Remove the guide rails from the transport sockets and fit them in the appropriate conveyor 
pockets, adjust the rails by loosening the grub screws in the elbows and rotate into correct 
position, once in position tighten the elbow and conveyor pocket grub screws.
