Start the high-pressure pump.
Press the conveyor start button.
Press the rotor start button.
Open the high-pressure valve to start the water sprays.
Place a slat onto the infeed conveyor between the guides. The conveyor chain will pick up
the slat and carry it into the washing area where it will be subjected to rotary sprays from
both sides. Addition sprays wash the lower edge of the slat.
When slats emerge from the washing area they are transferred to the outfeed roller
conveyor from which they should be removed by hand of directed to fall to a collector.
When washing is completed stop the rotors, conveyor and high-pressure pump.
During work regularly check for build up of mud in the rotor covers and chain guides. If a
heavy build up is observed stop washing and clean out with high pressure spray.
