INSTRUCTIONS ON ASSEMBLY

Slide the front wheel fork into the frame stem from below, making sure that the

front wheel fork is properly inserted into the stem. (Fig. 1)

Then place the handlebar clamp on the front fork shaft and push the handlebar

from above into the front fork shaft, observing the mark for maximum height

adjustment. (Fig. 2) Note that the handlebar must be centered and mounted

perpendicular to the front wheel. Lock the handlebars at the correct height and

then tighten the handlebar clamp. To adjust the handlebar to the highest posi-

tion, the vertical support tube can be extended to the maximum up to the mark.

Do not pull the support tube further out as this can lead to accidents. Make sure

that the handlebar is in the correct position relative to the front wheel before

tightening the handlebar clamp. The handlebar clamp must be tightened on the

fork tube. Not on the handlebar support tube! Make sure that the handlebar is

fixed perpendicular to the front wheel and cannot be turned.

Insert the seat post into the seat support tube. (Fig. 3) Also observe the height

adjustment mark and tighten the clamp on the seat support tube. The oval shape

of the seat post ensures that the saddle is always correctly aligned. Take care

not to exceed the maximum seat height by not pulling out the seat post further

than the mark, as exceeding the maximum seat height can lead to serious injury.

After you have assembled all the components, make sure that all the screws are

tightened before you give the balance bike to your children to play with.

The wheels are pre-pumped. The maximum air pressure should not exceed

2.5 bar. The valves are bent outwards for improved accessibility when pumping.

When inflating, make sure that the hose is evenly positioned in the joint and is

not twisted. The casing must also sit evenly on the rim and must not push the

hose in at any point.
