Optical Sub-Board
The optical sub-board provides extension transmission ports for the BBU3806, enabling the
data transmission between the BBU3806 and the RNC. The optical sub-board cannot be
directly installed on the BBU3806. The sub-board needs to be installed on the corresponding
extension plugboard, and then the extension plugboard is installed on the BBU3806.
The optical sub-board of the BBU3806 is classified into the channelized optical sub-board
and unchannelized optical sub-board, as shown in
Figure 2-4 and
Figure 2-5 respectively.
