Parameter
Description
Associate Disk
The associated status between the disk and the other disks. The location
of the associated disk will be indicated if there is an associtation.
l
If the logical status is
Used Hot-Spare Disk
, it indicates the position
of the faulty disk that the hot-spare disk reconstructs data from or
copies data back to.
l
If the logical status is
Fault
: indicates the position of the hot-spare
disk that the faulty disk is associated with.
l
If the logical status is
Used Hot-Spare Disk
and
Fault
: indicates that
this parameter is valid.
RAID Group
This parameter indicates the RAID group where the disk belongs to.
When the value of the
Logical Type
is
Member Disk
, the parameter is
valid.
Logical Status
The logical status of a disk is shown as follows:
l
Normal
: indicates that the disk can be used normally.
l
Fault
: indicates that the hard disk is faulty.
l
Reconstructing
: indicates that the system is reconstructing the data
from the faulty disk to the hot-spare disk.
l
Reconstruction Complete
: indicates that all the data on the faulty
disk is reconstructed to he hot-spare disk.
l
Performing Copyback
: indicates that when the faulty disk is restored
or is replaced by a normal disk, the system copies the data from the
hot-spare disk back to the restored faulty disk or the normal disk.
l
Free
: indicates that the free hot-spare disk is not in use.
l
In Use
: indicates that the hot-spare disk is in use.
Capacity (GB)
This parameter indicates the total capacity of the system disk, and the
unit is GB.
Physical Status
The physical status of a disk is shown as follows:
l
Normal
: indicates that the disk can be used normally.
l
Fault
: indicates that the disk is faulty and cannot be used normally.
l
Offline
: indicates that the disk cannot be accessed, or the disk does
not exist.
l
The hard disk will fail
: Indicates that the system detects the disk to
be faulty, and the disk needs to be replaced with a new disk.
Primary Access
Path
This parameter indicates the data link status between the primary
controller and the disk. The status can be
Normal
or
Fault
.
Secondary Access
Path
This parameter indicates the data link status between the secondary
controller and the disk. The status can be
Normal
or
Fault
.
Temperature (°C)
This parameter indicates the temperature of a hard disk.
Rotation Speed
(RPM)
This parameter indicates the rotational speed of the disk.
